I've decided to start entering Spoonflower's Fabric of the Week contests as a way to explore textile design and "get into the mix." Here's my entry for this week:

If you feel so moved, you can click on that grid of fabrick designs (or scroll down a tiny bit and click the link that says "VOTE FOR SUMMER FLOWER FABRICS") and vote for all the (restricted palette!) patterns that tickle your fancy. You can only vote once per computer, so don't feel obligated to sit there all day clicking just for me.
